Role: Client Services Director
Location: London
Proper Recruitment are working with a growing Independent Estate Agency who are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Services Director to lead their client services team and support the growth of their business.
This role combines team leadership with new business development, ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You'll lead and motivate the client services team, drive service standards, and work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train and motivate the client services team to hit targets and KPIs
- Monitor and enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and loyalty
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through to valuations and instructions
- Work closely with sales and lettings teams to ensure a seamless client journey
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in client services or a related role, ideally within property or estate agency
- Proven track record managing a team and meeting service and sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, resilient and target-driven
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Salary:
- ÂŁ35,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
Up to ÂŁ80,000 per annum
