Role Description

The Director of Client Services is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing strategic relationships with key clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role leads client service teams, sets standards for customer satisfaction, and acts as a senior point of contact for complex projects and accounts.

The Director collaborates closely with production, creative, and operations teams to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, while maintaining high-quality work and consistent brand experience. This position also involves mentoring team members, refining client service processes, and contributing to studio-wide strategy and business development.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with proven experience managing strategic accounts and high-profile clients.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including the ability to interpret data and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Team Management experience, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary client service teams.
  • Experience in creative, production, or agency environments, preferably working with global brands and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including comfort with deadlines, budgets, and changing priorities.
  • Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and sustainable ways of working, aligned with B Corp™ values.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in client services, business, marketing, or a related field.
