Shape the Future of Workforce Solutions in Social Care
Social Care is facing some of the most complex workforce challenges it has ever seen. At Brook Street Social Care, we're helping organisations across the UK attract, engage and retain the talent they need to deliver vital services and we're looking for a commercially driven Client Services Director to help lead that journey.
This is not a traditional recruitment sales role.
It's an opportunity to build strategic partnerships with some of the UK's leading care providers, influence workforce strategies at a senior level, and play a key role in the next phase of growth for a respected and established brand.
If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities and creating solutions that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you'll have the autonomy to shape business development activity across a growing specialist division.
- Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you'll identify opportunities to deliver workforce solutions at scale, helping clients solve complex staffing challenges while driving sustainable business growth.
- Joining an organisation that values consultative selling, market expertise and long-term partnerships over transactional sales activity.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll focus on developing and growing strategic partnerships across the Social Care sector, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
