As the business continues to evolve, we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey focused on strengthening governance, enhancing operational effectiveness, building commercial capability and positioning the organisation for sustainable future growth.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Commercial & Business Transformation to lead this agenda and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Director (BAML), the Director of Commercial & Business Transformation will provide strategic leadership for the company's transformation programme, ensuring BAML is positioned for long-term success, operational excellence and commercial growth.

This role will be accountable for leading key transformation workstreams, including achieving and maintaining TPI Accreditation, supporting business transformation through market research and consultation activity, overseeing a company-wide rebrand, strengthening governance frameworks, driving organisational readiness for new business opportunities and providing strategic oversight of the IT function.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded transformation leader to influence strategic direction, deliver meaningful change and contribute directly to the future success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate readiness activities including policy reviews, evidence gathering, stakeholder engagement and staff development programmes.
  • Embed TPI standards and industry best practice into company operations, compliance frameworks and service delivery models.
  • Monitor and manage ongoing accreditation requirements, reviews and continuous improvement actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
