Luupli started internal testing since June 2024 and getting ready for a commercial BETA testing from December 2024, with the hope of launching fully summer of 2025.
We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Creators & Opportunities who can join our team and help us grow our Luupli app. This is an equity-only position and is unpaid for now in exchange for a weekly commitment of about 20 hours. The ideal candidate will be a senior executive with extensive experience in BIPOC influencer partnerships and a track record of success in recruiting and managing diverse talent.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer partnership strategy at a regional level to drive growth and revenue for Luupli.
- Identify and prioritise target influencers, create outreach plans, and develop compelling value propositions for each potential partner.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target influencers, including agents, managers, and other representatives.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with target influencers that align with Luupli's goals and vision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation, including product, marketing, and operations to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements, and to develop features on the app that support partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve partnerships and overall business strategy based on data analysis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends, build relationships with potential partners, and represent Luupli in the marketplace.
- Manage the partnership pipeline, including tracking progress on partnership agreements, identifying potential roadblocks, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Build and lead a team of influencer partnerships professionals to support partnership efforts, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer partnerships
- Proven track record of success in recruiting and managing diverse talents or influencers.
- Experience working in a senior executive role, with experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership based on insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the tech industry or working with social media apps is a plus.
