Mackie Myers are partnering with a fast-growing technology business helping leading brands drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital solutions is looking for a commercially driven Customer Success Director.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling the Customer Success function, building best-in-class processes, and driving retention, renewals, and customer growth.

The Role

  • Own and lead the Customer Success function across onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and renewals
  • Develop and execute a Customer Success strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
  • Drive customer retention, expansion revenue, and account growth through strategic partnerships
  • Build scalable customer success processes, playbooks, reporting frameworks, and operational models
  • Lead relationships with enterprise customers, including executive stakeholder engagement and QBR programmes
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team while fostering a customer-centric culture

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Substantial experience in Customer Success, SaaS account management, or customer leadership roles within technology businesses
  • Proven experience scaling Customer Success teams and improving retention, renewals, and expansion performance
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing enterprise accounts and driving customer growth
  • Experience working with CRM and Customer Success platforms, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
