The Role
Lead cyber due diligence across M&A and investment transactions Assess cyber security across OT/ICS and critical infrastructure environments Identify vulnerabilities, control gaps and areas of cyber risk Assess security maturity against frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 Support post-deal reviews, remediation, integrations and carve-outs Provide senior-level advice on cyber resilience and operational risk Translate technical findings into commercial and financial implications Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong cyber security / cyber risk experience
- Genuine OT/ICS experience — this is important
- Experience across areas such as network security, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response and resilience
- Knowledge of relevant cyber frameworks and standards
- Experience within M&A, due diligence, consulting or transaction environments
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to operate at both a technical and strategic level
