Director of Data & Technology

Location: London, Hybrid

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of data, technology, AI and enterprise systems within a growing, data-led business. With strong foundations already in place, the focus is on driving adoption, creating alignment and delivering measurable business impact.

The Company

A well-established technology business that places data at the centre of decision-making. They have invested heavily in their data platform, AI capabilities and enterprise systems and are now looking for a senior leader to unify these functions under a single vision.

The Role

  • Lead data, analytics, engineering, architecture, enterprise systems and IT.
  • Define and deliver the organisation's data, technology and AI strategy.
  • Drive AI enablement, governance and adoption across the business.
  • Create greater visibility of customer behaviour and business performance.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology with commercial goals.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Leadership experience across data, technology, analytics or architecture functions.
  • Strong technical understanding of data platforms, enterprise systems and governance.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
  • Experience driving business value through data and technology.
