The Role
- Lead data, analytics, engineering, architecture, enterprise systems, and IT.
- Define and deliver the organisation's data, technology, and AI strategy.
- Drive AI enablement, governance, and adoption across the business.
- Create greater visibility of customer behaviour and business performance.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology with commercial goals.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Your Skills & Experience
- Leadership experience across data, technology, analytics, or architecture functions.
- Strong technical understanding of data platforms, enterprise systems, and governance.
- Proven ability to lead transformation and influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
- Experience driving business value through data and technology.
