Director - Data & Analytics
Data, AI & Digital Transformation
Location: London / Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £135,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We're supporting a leading transformation consultancy as they continue to invest in their Data & Analytics leadership capability.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced consulting professional who can combine client delivery, practice growth and commercial leadership. You'll work with executive stakeholders to shape data and AI strategies, lead complex transformation programmes and drive the growth of a high-performing consulting capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Data, Analytics and AI programmes.
- Advising senior executives on data-driven transformation and AI adoption strategies.
- Growing and developing strategic client relationships across multiple industries.
- Supporting business development, solution shaping and proposal activity.
- Building and leading high-performing consulting teams through coaching and mentorship.
- Driving thought leadership across Data, Analytics, AI and emerging technologies.
- Working across cloud, analytics, governance and AI transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Strong consulting experience within Data & Analytics or AI-focused practices.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data and AI transformation programmes.
- Experience advising C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI strategy, governance and responsible AI principles.
- Experience across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Knowledge of modern analytics, machine learning and data visualisation technologies.
- Strong commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
