I'm working with a high-growth HealthTech organisation to appoint a Director of Data Partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new commercial research function focused on turning one of Europe's largest real-world healthcare datasets into valuable partnerships, research programmes, and new revenue streams. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, life sciences, research, and commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and lead a new Health Data Research Partnerships function
- Develop relationships with pharmaceutical companies, NHS organisations, healthcare providers, and research organisations
- Identify opportunities for clinical trials, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research
- Translate complex healthcare data into commercially valuable propositions
- Design and operationalise research programmes with external partners
- Lead external networking, roadshows, and partnership development
- Manage negotiations and long-term strategic partnerships
- Line manage and develop a small existing research team
- Work closely with Product, Data, AI, and Commercial teams to shape strategy and execution

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
