About the Role

The foundation of WGSN is our passionate experts. WGSN seeks talent globally to work within a business that offers a unique blend of specialist problem solvers, data analysts, and innovative thinkers who put trends and data together to provide the answers to create tomorrow. Due to the successes of AI in being the foundation to new revenue products and driving cost efficiencies within WGSN, we are looking for a leader to take AI to the next level specifically leveraging state-of-the-art LLM’s and agentic AI that will drive material transformation in the way we operate and in the new products and services we develop in the future. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and innovation of this strategy by leading our data science team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced analytics and scalable systems, applying state-of-the-art AI and data science techniques on top of WGSN’s proprietary data to support our forecasting solutions and client-facing products and services. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and grow WGSN’s data science capabilities, translating business objectives into workable solutions that will drive top line revenue growth and drive bottom line efficiencies.
