Our client is at the forefront of driving regional growth through skills, innovation, and employer partnership.

As they build their ambitions within Thames Valley and nationally, the new Digital Technical Excellence College (Digital TEC) will play a central role in how the college responds to the rapidly evolving digital and technology landscape. Our client is creating a Director role to provide clear, strategic leadership for Digital TEC, ensuring it delivers at pace, at scale, and with real impact. This role will bring together employers, partners, and educators to share a future-focused skills ecosystem, addressing critical digital skills gaps and creating high-quality opportunities that improve learner outcomes.

Our client is seeking an experienced senior leader with a successful track record in further or higher education, or the wider skills sector. You will bring proven experience of effective stakeholder and employer engagement, alongside a strong record of developing provision that meets local and regional skills needs. Knowledge of digital skills and disciplines would be beneficial, but more important is your ability to work across a broad range of provision, engage employers, and support staff development to deliver leading provision.
