Director of Engagement and Learning

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

STATUS: Full-time, permanent post

Location: Belfast

Grade: Equivalent in salary terms to Deputy Principal in the Northern Ireland Civil Service

SALARY: £47,304-£49,515 (new joiners normally start at the first increment of the pay scale)

PENSION: NILGOSC

About The Role

The Northern Ireland Community Relations Council (NICRC) is seeking an accomplished and motivated Director of Engagement and Learning to advance its mission of building a peaceful, inclusive society founded on reconciliation and mutual trust.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director will contribute to NICRC's corporate planning and organisational decision-making. They will also support the Chief Executive Officer in shaping policy and setting the strategic direction for their area of responsibility.
