The Team and the Challenge
BLP runs two ERP integration teams: one focused on SAP and the team you would lead, which owns every other ERP. Your team builds and maintains the integrations that carry live ERP data into the BLP platform and back, all mapped to our canonical data model.
The ERP landscape you own
The team already runs a mature portfolio of more than 30 live ERP integrations, so you would own and extend an established base rather than start from scratch. It spans Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central (on-premise and cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Infor LN, Infor M3, Abas, Oracle NetSuite, and Oracle JD Edwards with new systems added as the customer base grows.
The integration patterns you own
The work spans on-premise connectors, customer-exposed REST APIs, locally hosted REST APIs, and file-based exchanges. No two customers look the same, and the US mid-market in particular is deeply fragmented. Turning that variety into a reliable, repeatable, well-documented product is the core of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
