We are delighted to be working with a leading education-based organisation with a presence across several key strategic sites in Norfolk and Suffolk. A progressive organisation with an ambitious growth agenda, they are fully committed to expanding their operational footprint further with significant investment committed towards their ongoing capital build programme, IT modernisation and wider sustainability agenda.
The successful candidate will provide the strategic leadership and infrastructure direction for key functions of Estates, IT & Digital, HSE and Sustainability. They will play a pivotal role in delivering an ongoing scalable capital build programme, liaising with key stakeholders across several important projects to deliver on time and against budget, whilst facilitating change as needed. They will be the glue that binds the projects together through effective communication, project management, planning and effective customer engagement, whilst taking a lead in terms of our client’s wider buildings sustainability programme.

To succeed, you will have worked in a capital build, IT and project management setting, with a wealth of operational experience, ideally gained within a complex, customer-centric environment. With strong technical expertise, you will have excellent analytical, planning and people management skills and be fully conversant with the sustainability and climate change agenda, having led on scalable capital development initiatives. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond an organisation, to shape the strategic challenges through deliverable and workable solutions.
