Director of Finance – What You’ll Be Doing:
The incumbent will line manage a Finance Manager and Revenue Manager, overseeing a Finance team of approximately 12 in the London, reporting into the CFO in the US Headquarters. Duties will include;

- Lead European finance operations across London and Europe, including oversight of finance teams
- Oversee general ledger, balance sheet, reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, partnering with Managing Partners and Practice Group Leaders
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, billing and revenue control
- Act as COFA, overseeing client money procedures, controls and the annual SAR audit
- Oversee tax and regulatory compliance across the UK and Europe
- Drive financial controls, governance, best practice and process improvement, including the implementation of financial systems
- Provide strategic financial insight and advice to Senior Management and Business Services in both London and the US offices, supporting key commercial and planning decisions

Director of Finance – What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant with minimum of several years’ relevant experience, 5+ years in a management role within a law firm
- Extensive experience with Elite 3E or a similar ERP system and related financial solutions
- Proven team leadership and people management skills, with strong decision-making, coaching, mentoring, consultative and problem-solving abilities
