Director of Finance
London (Hybrid Working: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote)
Are you a qualified finance leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact?
Your Place is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead our finance strategy, oversee financial governance and compliance, and play a key role in shaping the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation.
This is a varied and influential role that combines strategic leadership with operational oversight. You will:
- Lead our Finance and IT teams
- Provide expert financial guidance to the Board and senior leaders
- Ensure robust financial management and controls
- Support the organisation's growth through sound financial planning and decision-making

We're looking for a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA professional with senior leadership experience, strong financial and commercial acumen, and a passion for working within a values-driven organisation. Experience within the charitable sector and advising Boards or Trustees is highly desirable.
