Role Description
The Director of Finance and Corporate Services is a key member of Northpoint’s Executive Team, providing strategic leadership for finance, governance, risk, compliance, and corporate services. Based in Leeds, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and sustainability, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximise impact.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees, and senior leaders, you will provide clear insight and challenge, support informed decision-making, and help shape Northpoint’s future growth while ensuring strong governance and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring
- Senior finance leadership experience
- Professional accountancy qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in financial planning, reporting, governance, and risk
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- A commitment to Northpoint's values and mission
