Reporting to the Head and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DFO is responsible for the strategic leadership of the school's finances and operations. Working closely with colleagues across the school and the wider GDST, the successful candidate will ensure outstanding financial stewardship, operational excellence and the effective leadership of estates, facilities, IT, compliance, health and safety, commercial activity and support services, enabling the school to deliver its future ambitions.
We are seeking an experienced strategic leader with strong financial and commercial expertise, excellent judgement and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse community. Whether your experience has been gained in education or another complex environment, you will bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
