Role Description
The Director of Financial Independence and Digital Strategy is responsible for leading WealthonTime’s strategic initiatives that align digital growth with the organization’s mission of empowering individuals toward financial freedom. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the option to work remotely part of the time.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing the overall digital strategy.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimizing online funnels that support enrollment in courses and programs.
- Analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with content, product, and community teams to ensure that digital initiatives support learner success and financial independence outcomes.
- Strategic planning for new offerings.
- Managing key digital partnerships.
- Ensuring that all digital channels deliver a cohesive, impact-driven experience.
Qualifications
- Strong digital strategy and strategic planning skills to design and implement integrated, growth-oriented initiatives.
- Experience with digital media and digital marketing, including campaign development, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in analytics, with the ability to interpret data, optimize digital performance, and inform decision-making.
- Background in financial education, wealth creation, or digital business models (e.g., online courses, memberships, or coaching programs).
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, action-oriented strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person collaboration in the London Area with remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
