Director of FP&A | South Hertfordshire (Hybrid) | International Travel
£160,000-£180,000 + competitive Bonus + LTIPs
We're partnering with a multinational, private equity-backed business seeking an exceptional FP&A Director to lead and further develop a world-class FP&A function across multiple international markets. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the CEO, you'll drive commercial decision-making, strategic planning, forecasting, and performance optimisation across the organisation.

We're seeking a proven FP&A leader from a fast-paced FMCG, Retail, or B2B type environment who has successfully built or transformed group-level FP&A capabilities and can operate credibly at Board and Executive level.

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or B2B sectors.
- Ability to operate at Board and Executive level.
