FP&A Director
PE-backed SaaS
Salary: £140k + package
Location: London

We are currently partnering with a £400m PE-backed SaaS business that has recently completed a significant merger and is now looking to appoint an FP&A Director into the Group Finance function.
Reporting directly to the Commercial FD, this is a high-impact role with a strong focus on technical FP&A, financial modelling, and forward-looking planning.
The Role:
- Lead the Group budgeting and forecasting process
- Own financial modelling and scenario analysis across the business
- Provide robust commercial insight and decision support to the FD / senior leadership team
- Develop and enhance FP&A processes following the recent merger
- Partner closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders
- Support the business through its next phase of growth and value creation

We’re looking for:
- A strong technical FP&A background – particularly budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
- Experience operating in a PE-backed / high-growth environment
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into commercial decisions
- Transaction Services / Deals experience highly desirable
- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified
- Experience within SaaS / Technology would be advantageous
