Finatal is partnered with an upper mid-market PE-backed SaaS business seeking a high-calibre finance consultant with deep SaaS expertise to lead the transformation of its FP&A function, management information, and investor reporting capability. This is a highly specialised mandate that requires a technically strong finance professional with exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record within upper mid-market or large-cap PE-backed software environments.

The successful candidate must have extensive SaaS experience and will ideally have worked closely with private equity. A background in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or a similarly analytical environment would be highly advantageous.
Alongside driving the enhancement of FP&A and reporting processes, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and group consolidations, ensuring the finance function operates to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing international team, partnering closely with an industry-leading Commercial Finance Director to support the next phase of growth and value creation.

Requirements:
- Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Experience working within an upper-mid to large cap SaaS asset is needed.
- PE experience is needed
- Experience presenting to PE board
