The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Financial Resources to lead our Finance function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's next phase of development. You will provide leadership across financial reporting, treasury, business finance, procurement and financial planning, ensuring Accent remains financially resilient and well positioned to deliver its strategic ambitions. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will balance commercial judgement with social purpose, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
The Person
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) with significant experience in a complex, regulated environment. You will bring expertise in financial reporting, treasury and financial management, alongside the credibility and confidence to engage effectively with boards, committees, auditors, lenders and regulators. Most importantly, you will be a collaborative and people-focused leader who enjoys developing others and creating an environment where teams can thrive.
