Food & Beverage Director
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Director to lead the F&B operation at a vibrant lifestyle hotel in London Shoreditch.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the overall performance, development and day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving commercial results.
The Role
- Lead and inspire the hotel's F&B teams across multiple outlets and experiences.
- Take ownership of F&B operations, standards, service, and guest experience.
- Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, and overall commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service.
- Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team on strategy and business performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong F&B leadership team.
- Create a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
- Support events, activations, and new F&B initiatives within the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements.

The Person
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded F&B leader with previous experience at Director or senior F&B management level, ideally within a busy lifestyle, luxury, boutique, or high-volume hotel environment.
