Director of Football
Reporting directly to the Chairman this role will be responsible for enshrining the DNA of the club.
You will be a forward-thinking individual with exceptional analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail. You will be required to write and implement a long term strategy, that maps out the club’s plans to attract, develop, and nurture the very best talent available.
With an excellent Academy already in place, first class facilities worthy of a Championship Club, the foundations are already in place to ensure success and mitigate failure.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success albeit in another related sport or industry and be responsible for leading and motivating a small but highly focussed team.
