Director of Global Sales – UK & Scandinavia
Dusit Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and well-connected sales professional to represent our growing global portfolio across the United Kingdom and Scandinavian markets.
Based in the UK, this role will focus primarily on developing the Wholesale, Luxury and other segments while identifying opportunities across other relevant market segments. The successful candidate will strengthen Dusit’s relationships with key travel-trade partners, generate new business and increase awareness of our distinctive hotels and resorts worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans for the UK and Scandinavian markets in alignment with Dusit’s commercial objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, luxury travel advisors and other key trade partners.
- Identify and secure new accounts, evaluating their revenue potential across the Dusit Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
- Drive account production through targeted sales calls, product presentations, training sessions and joint promotional activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Dusit properties worldwide.
- Represent Dusit at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, sales missions and industry networking events.
- Organise and participate in familiarization trips, site inspections and educational visits for key partners.
- Host client events, including trade breakfasts, lunches and dinners, to showcase the Dusit portfolio.
- Provide timely support for trade, consumer and media enquiries within the assigned markets.
- Monitor account performance against agreed targets and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Provide monthly market intelligence covering competitor activity, travel trends, business developments and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure partners receive accurate and up-to-date information on Dusit properties, developments, promotions and service offerings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client contacts, sales activities, opportunities and account production.
- Work closely with and report to the Corporate Director of Global Sales & MICE /Corporate and hotel-based sales teams.

- Proven sales experience within hospitality, tourism or luxury travel.
- Strong knowledge of the UK and Scandinavian travel-trade markets.
- An established network across wholesale, tour operator, luxury travel and other segments.
- Commercially driven, proactive and confident in developing new business.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams.
- Willing and able to travel regularly for client meetings, trade events, roadshows and hotel visits.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and representing a respected international hotel brand.
