An opportunity has arisen to join our business as the Director of Go-To-Market joining our Customer Marketing team, reporting directly into the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, you will lead, define and own the end-to-end planning and coordination of our consumer touch points (online & offline) and coordinate global launches and promotions, ensuring every campaign and NPD launch is executed and delivered in a holistic and seamless way across our channels – whilst maintaining brand integrity. The Director of Go to Market oversees 360 campaign strategy & planning, Retail & Trade Marketing, Social Influencer & Creator Marketing as well as launch planning and channel allocation.
This role sits in the heart of the customer marketing department and is integral to roll-out product launches and re-promotes commercially successfully. This role has been newly created and works closely with Brand & Creative, Digital Marketing & Digital Commerce (DTC and marketplaces), Visual Merchandise and Trade Marketing as well as Product Marketing and our Commercial & Sales teams – across the regions and markets. Part of this role will be also to build the further extension of the team, based on business requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Defining, Leading, Owning global 360 Go to Market/ activation strategies, timelines and key milestones of the Go to Market process, addressing cross-functional collaboration and ownership – resulting in a holistic customer experience created across all touch points.
- Leading on insight integration, partnering with global departments and market leadership teams to co-create market strategies, capture consumer and commercial insights, and translate insights into clear recommendations that shape GTM direction.
- Driving market prioritisation and launch readiness, aligning regional priorities, validating readiness for key launches and ensuring market inputs are embedded into GTM planning, governance and execution.
- Partnering with the Category/NPD team on target setting for NPD roll-out and re-promotes as a shared responsibility, translating agreed volume and distribution targets into market/region and channel-specific GTM plans, reflecting campaign nature.
- Influencing product and commercial decisions, coordinating upstream input from priority wholesale partners and key accounts while collaborating with the Customer Marketing departments to balance market needs with global brand and commercial objectives.
- Partnering with Brand & Creative, Digital Marketing & Digital Commerce (DTC and marketplace), Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are ready for launch, and deploying them into market and regions, meeting global lead time and regional requirements.
- Ensuring consistent execution and messaging across consumer touch points and distribution channels.
- Leading on Social & Influencer Strategy, incl. creator approach and roll-out, in alignment with Brand.
- Creating and distributing global launch toolkits and campaign playbooks to support regional execution.
- Acting as the key link between global and regional marketing teams throughout the planning and launch process.
- Leading launch readiness reviews and tracking deliverables, dependencies and progress across teams.
- Establishing and deepen best-practice launch management processes, governance and ways of working.
- Further building out and evolving a high-performing Go to Market department team addressing current and future business needs

What we need from you:
- Holistic experience in Go to Market, integrated marketing, and/or commercial operational marketing senior leadership roles.
- A proven track record of leading global campaign launches & activations with commercial impact - from NPD to always-on – and and large-scale integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail and DTC and marketplace business models and its campaign and launch requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational planning skills, incl. market and channel allocation.
- The ability to translate category growth and commercial launch targets – set jointly with the Category/NPD team – into effective distribution channel allocation, supported by insight and data, to shape Go-To-Market strategies.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences.
- Strong market and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviour, channel performance and the commercial drivers that shape business decisions.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to synthesise complex market and channel requirements into clear, commercial-led executions driving our category growth targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with proven experience building trusted relationships and driving alignment across major stakeholders in the business.
- Strong organisational and operational discipline, with the ability to establish governance, manage structured operating cadences, prioritise effectively and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
