Director of Growth

Altrincham - Hybrid - 3 days in office

About Us:

At Noted Aromas, we’re on a mission to make high-quality fragrances accessible to everyone. Born in the UK and built by a passionate team of fragrance experts, we create scents inspired by timeless favourites that people can enjoy every day.

We’re a growing, fast-paced business with big ambitions and we know our success comes from the people behind it. That’s why we foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive culture where ideas are encouraged, talent is developed, and every team member plays a part in shaping our journey. Joining Noted Aromas means more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to be part of a company that values creativity, celebrates individuality, and is redefining what everyday luxury can mean.

The Role:

The Director of Growth will own online revenue growth for Noted.Aromas. The role will be accountable for the full digital funnel — acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value — across our owned D2C channel in UK, EU and launching into new marketplaces. This is a hands-on leadership role – setting the strategy, focussing on the numbers, in the ad accounts and in the room with our brand, product, and data teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
