Head of/Director of Growth

We're hiring for a Head of/Director of Growth reporting to the founders of an already successful omni-channel FMCG business.

You'll build and own the Growth function, responsible for the growth marketing engine and the team behind it, building from the ground up.

  • Build and lead a team; paid media, creative, and retention as the function scales
  • Develop and execute our growth marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Define the systems, tools, and processes required to scale growth efficiently
  • Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across channels and customer journeys
  • Own the growth P&L — budget-setting, ROI accountability, and investment decisions across the function.

Build a High-Velocity Creative Content Engine

  • Develop a system for producing hundreds of pieces of content per month across UGC, creator-led content, and performance creative
  • Work closely with the social and design teams to translate insights into high-performing creative
  • Turn the best-performing organic and creator content into high-performing paid ads.

Launch and Scale Paid Growth Channels

  • Develop the paid growth strategy across emerging and scalable channels.
  • Build and manage paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other emerging platforms.

Drive DTC Growth and Emerging Commerce Channels

  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our DTC website
  • Identify opportunities to improve site conversion, landing pages, and campaign performance
  • Own our TikTok Shop growth strategy, managing our agency to deliver a bold and ambitious growth plan
  • Support growth initiatives across Amazon and other marketplaces, leveraging Amazon specialists.

Measurement, Performance, and Growth Insights

  • Build the systems and insights that power smarter growth decisions, defining key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV.

Ultimately, this is an opportunity to have true accountability and ownership for the DTC channel in an already performing business.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

  • DTC, Subscription, or eCommerce experience, ideally in FMCG
  • Growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition experience
  • Previous ownership and a track record for growth.
