👋 A bit about us

Our mission is to make invisible illness visible. We're building wearable technology for 100m+ people living with complex chronic illness.

Wearables have the potential to transform our healthcare system. They can give us insights into how our body is working in real-time. But the vast majority of the $4.7bn consumer wearable market is focussed on fitness, not illness. By giving people tools designed specifically for chronic illness, we help them engage in daily activities, reclaim a more active role in society, and enjoy a greater quality of life.

If we succeed, wearables will play a key role in chronic and post-acute care. Wearable data will unlock new cures and insights, enabled and accelerated by AI. Millions of people overlooked and underserved will benefit from a greater quality of life.

We've grown from $1M to $10M in subscription ARR in two years, gone from a small founding team to 30+ people, and reached 300,000+ users with a product that's genuinely changing lives and driving forward research. We're backed by top investors and supported by world-leading researchers and clinicians who share our mission.

🚀 Why we're hiring this role

We've built something rare: a product that people genuinely love, a loyal community, and real commercial traction. We've done all of it on a single paid channel, without experimentation, with nascent attribution and without ever having sent a lifecycle email. For the first time we're bringing the whole of growth - how we reach people, and how we help them become members - under one leader.

The opportunity to deliver impact in this role is huge: almost every lever is still sitting untouched.

This is one of the most senior roles in the business. You'll own our growth metrics end-to-end, with the ambition of doubling the number of people joining Visible over the next year and beyond. It's a job where the commercial work and the mission pull in the same direction: every person we help today funds the clinical evidence and the care we want to deliver to millions who are currently overlooked.

You'll report directly to Luke, our co-founder and CEO.

đŸ§‘â€đŸ’» What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • Owning the growth number end to end - how many people we reach, how many become members, and the economics that make it sustainable. You'll be accountable for acquisition cost, payback and lifetime value, and the trade-offs between them. You’ll build out a growth model, set targets and empower your teams to exceed them.
  • Leading and developing teams - ****Marketing (paid channels, creative, creators and ambassadors) and Growth Product (funnel, pricing, lifecycle, free-to-paid) both report to you, along with design and engineering support. You'll set the direction, raise the bar on what good looks like, join the dots between your teams and grow the people in them. You'll make the case for investment and hire as the functions grow.
  • Opening new channels - discovering where our next chapter of growth comes from is part of the mandate. You'll bring a method to it: what we pilot, what success looks like before it ships, and when we kill it - then where to scale, cap or reallocate as required.
  • Supercharging a creative engine - the quality and quantity of our storytelling is how we earn attention. You’ll lead the teams responsible for it, and ensure the journey downstream of a click is tailored to the right audience.
  • Owning conversion, pricing and monetisation - the journey from landing on our site through to membership, and the commercial model underneath it. Pricing and packaging are largely unexplored: we sell a wearable and a subscription together, so attach rate, how device cost sits inside our acquisition cost, and how we price the bundle are all open for experimentation. Your Growth Product Manager runs the funnel, paywall and checkout day to day; you own the outcome and set the strategy. Our Core Product team owns the in-app value that drives long-term retention.
  • Building growth loops that compound - you’ll expand channels including and beyond paid marketing: product-led growth, and loops like referral, and recommendation from healthcare professionals.
  • Building measurement we can trust and plan with - you’ll build and own a growth model for forecasting and budget allocation, and the systems for incrementality testing, holdouts and cohort analysis. You’ll set the standard for measurement and reporting in the business. Strategy and Finance are key partners here, alongside our data team on attribution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🙋 Who you are

  • You've led growth across both marketing and product. You've worked on both acquisition and the conversion or monetisation surface, and can speak to how the two compound.
  • You've owned a commercial number and can talk fluently about acquisition cost, payback and lifetime value. You measure honestly and have used holdouts and cohort analysis to establish what actually drove growth and where opportunities lie.
  • You've owned a multi-channel remit, and taken new channels from a first test to a real share of spend.
  • You've run high-volume performance campaigns. You've managed meaningful paid budgets across more than one platform at a cadence of constant testing, and you understand how modern buying actually works - how signal, bidding and creative volume interact, and what it takes to hold CPA while scaling spend.
  • You've built loops as well as ads. You can point to results you’ve driven from referral, advocacy or community, not only from paid media.
  • You know subscription growth deeply - paywalls, pricing and packaging, free-to-paid conversion, lifecycle, churn and win-back.
  • You've built and led teams, including managing senior people, and develop the people around you rather than just directing them.
  • You don’t think being senior means being removed. We're deliberately scrappy: we favour judgment over consensus, small teams over big ones, and progress over perfection. You'll interrogate the numbers yourself, get into the funnel, write the brief when it needs writing, and use AI to move faster rather than reaching for headcount.
  • You care about the mission and want your growth work to help people who have been overlooked and underserved, not just move a number. You won’t sacrifice integrity and values to hit targets (and we will never ask you to).

⭐ Nice to have, but not a showstopper

  • Experience at a consumer health subscription business that acquires and converts at scale - DTC telehealth brands (eg. Hims, Ro, Numan, Voy) or subscription wearables and health apps (Oura, WHOOP, Flo, Noom, ZOE). Having worked in a hardware and subscription model is especially valuable.
  • Built a growth function from a standing start, or scaled a business through a step-change in growth.
  • Grown efficiently rather than “at all costs”, and have views on the growth tactics you wouldn't run.
  • Experience with sensitive or regulated health data
  • Hands-on with modern growth tooling - CRM/CDP, experimentation platforms, performance creative tooling, product analytics, SQL.

No one's a perfect match on paper. If you care about what we're building and can see yourself in this role, don't let a missing bullet point hold you back.
