The Role
As Director of Growth, EMEA, you will lead the regional commercial team, driving new business, customer growth, and overall revenue performance across the region.
- Lead Sales and Customer Success across the UK & EMEA
- Own regional revenue growth, forecasting, and commercial strategy
- Drive new customer acquisition alongside expansion of existing accounts
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Develop strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key partners
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver go-to-market success
- Represent the business at key industry events across EMEA
- London/Europe - flexible hybrid working

Desired Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years' commercial leadership experience within AdTech
- Strong experience within the mobile advertising and programmatic ecosystem is essential
- Proven track record working for a Mobile DSP or closely related Mobile AdTech business
- Experience leading Sales and Customer Success teams
- Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth across EMEA
- Existing network of advertisers, agencies, and partners within the mobile advertising industry
- Strong commercial, operational, and leadership skills
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
