About Outra And Upstix
Outra and Upstix are two connected businesses in property and data.
Outra is a B2B data and audience platform, helping brands, agencies and platforms use property and consumer data to find and reach the right customers.
Upstix is a consumer property business with a performance-led acquisition and sales model.
We are building both businesses quickly, with a lean team and a strong bias towards action, commercial outcomes and using technology to work better and faster.
How We Work
- Customer first: Start with the customer problem and work backwards.
- Play to win: Be ambitious, focus on the biggest opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Get it done: Move quickly from thinking to action. Test, learn and improve.
- Own the outcome: Take responsibility for results, not just activity.
- AI first: Use AI wherever it helps you move faster, raise the quality of your work and automate the repetitive stuff.
About The Role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial growth leader to lead growth across Outra and Upstix.
This is a senior builder role. You will own the systems that create customer and revenue growth across acquisition, conversion, activation, lifecycle, product go-to-market and measurement.
The two businesses have different growth motions, so you will need to move easily between B2B and B2C, strategy and execution, and marketing, product, sales and data. You will also provide advisory oversight for other businesses in the Founders business portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is not a role for someone who wants a finished playbook, a narrow remit, or a large team to delegate to. You will create clarity from ambiguity, make commercially sound decisions with imperfect information, and build what is missing.

- Use AI to automate and enhance the end-to-end system; accelerating research, creative production, analysis and campaign execution.
- Get hands on: advise Outra product development and support with Client activation strategy and sales pitches.
