Director of Hospitality

In return, our client offers:

James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Director of Hospitality on behalf of a prestigious luxury lifestyle business that is setting new standards in personalised service, fine dining and resident experience.

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to step into a senior role where five-star service is at the heart of everything. The successful candidate will lead the entire hospitality operation, creating unforgettable experiences whilst developing a culture of excellence across multiple departments.

The Role

You will lead, coach and inspire departmental managers and their teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the very highest standards of luxury hospitality.

This role requires a visible leader who enjoys being operationally involved, understands the finer details of guest service and has the ability to motivate teams to consistently exceed expectations.

About You

We are keen to speak with hospitality professionals currently working within luxury hotels, five-star resorts, private members' clubs or other premium hospitality environments.

You may currently be working as:

  • Hotel Manager
  • Director of Operations
  • Director of Hospitality

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
  • A passion for delivering intuitive, personalised guest experiences.
  • Exceptional people leadership and coaching ability.
  • Experience managing multiple operational departments.
  • Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets, payroll and performance.
  • Outstanding food and beverage knowledge.
  • The ability to build an engaged, high-performing team focused on service excellence.
  • A calm, professional and highly visible leadership style.
