Prostate Cancer is now the most common cancer in men, and by 2035 around one million men in the UK are expected to be affected. To meet that challenge, we are pursuing an ambitious long-term vision focused on earlier detection, lifesaving research, improved treatment, stronger services and tackling inequalities. Achieving that vision will require a significant expansion in the scale and depth of support behind the charity's mission.
We are now seeking an outstanding Director of Impact Partnerships and Philanthropy to help accelerate that ambition through strategic partnerships, philanthropy and sustainable income growth.
Role Overview
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious five-year strategy that broadens and deepens relationships with major donors, philanthropists, corporate partners and foundations. You will redefine how the charity approaches modern philanthropy, creating innovative partnerships that generate shared value while increasing both impact and income.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
