We're looking for our new Director of Inbound Marketing!

Thrive is a workplace financial wellbeing platform designed to help employees make the most of their money and their workplace benefits.

Our platform brings together financial education, coaching, employee benefits, discounts and financial products in one accessible place. We help employers improve benefit engagement, strengthen financial wellbeing and provide their people with meaningful support.

As Thrive enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Director of Inbound Marketing to build our brand, create demand and establish a predictable source of qualified inbound opportunities.

Purpose of Role

The Director of Inbound Marketing will own Thrive’s inbound marketing and brand strategy. You will be responsible for increasing awareness of Thrive among HR, reward, benefits and people leaders, turning that awareness into measurable demand and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will define our marketing plan while also ensuring campaigns, content and digital activity are delivered effectively. You will work closely with sales, product and senior leadership to sharpen our proposition, understand our ideal customer profile and communicate clearly why organisations should choose Thrive.

The successful candidate will have experience building and scaling inbound marketing within a B2B SaaS business. You will be commercially minded, comfortable being measured against pipeline outcomes and able to create a repeatable demand-generation engine.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound demand generation

  • Develop and own Thrive’s inbound marketing and demand-generation strategy.
  • Create a predictable and scalable pipeline of marketing-qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across content, email, organic and paid social, search, webinars, events and partnerships.
  • Build campaigns aligned to Thrive’s ideal customer profiles, target sectors and priority propositions.
  • Create effective lead-generation and conversion journeys, from initial awareness through to sales engagement.
  • Develop lead nurturing and account-based campaigns for prospects who are not yet ready to buy.
  • Test new channels, campaign ideas and propositions to identify the most effective sources of growth.

Brand awareness and positioning

  • Build awareness and credibility for Thrive within the HR, employee benefits and financial wellbeing markets.
  • Develop a clear and distinctive brand position that communicates the value Thrive delivers to employers and employees.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across the website, campaigns, sales materials and external communications.
  • Establish Thrive and its leaders as authoritative voices on financial wellbeing, benefits engagement and employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, industry commentary, partnerships, awards, events and media coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to strengthen Thrive’s positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
