Role Description

The Director of Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. This role leads the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies across multiple clients, from initial concept and talent selection through contract negotiation, campaign management, and performance reporting.   • Identifying and vetting influencer partners
  • Overseeing creative briefs
  • Managing timelines and budgets
  • Coordinating with internal PR, social media, and creative teams

The Director will build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and platforms, while ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and brand guidelines. This role also involves:

  • Monitoring trends
  • Analysing campaign data
  • Optimising strategies
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
  • Strong experience in public relations, social media marketing, and digital brand storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets and timelines.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects in an agency or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of the UK and international influencer landscape, platforms, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
