Our client, a rapidly growing organisation, urgently require an experienced Director of Innovation and Systems Architecture to join their team on a permanent basis.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
- Strong background within Enterprise or Technical Architect
- Proven track record of winning £multi-million contracts (supporting Bids and Pre Sales), within Defence & Government sectors
- Background gained within a consultancy organisation
- SC Cleared as a minimum, must be happy to obtain DV Clearance

Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for translating technology opportunities into solutions for clients
- Lead early lifecycle/pre-sales engagements, architecting the high level technical strategies that win bids
- Lead the technical architecture for major tenders
- Partner with the sales team to identify win strategy
- Own technical narratives of bids, from executive summary to deep dive methodology chapters
- Oversee the creation of proof of concepts or technical demos
- Work with package teams to package technical research and custom hardware/software developments into repeatable service offerings
- Prioritise innovation, establishing scalable pipelines that successfully bridge the gap between experimental engineering and delivered programs
