An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the space sector as Director of International Sales, leading the international commercial organisation through its next phase of global expansion.
This is a true player-coach role, offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy while remaining at the forefront of major customer engagements. You'll lead an established international sales team, personally drive strategic enterprise and government opportunities, and play a key role in scaling the business across global markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop an international sales organisation across multiple regions.
- Execute international go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Personally lead strategic sales pursuits from qualification through contract award.
- Build trusted relationships with senior government, defence and commercial stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor a geographically dispersed commercial team.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver winning customer solutions.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance.

You'll bring:
- A proven track record of winning complex enterprise, government or defence technology sales.
- Experience leading high-performing international sales teams.
- Strong business development, executive selling and strategic account growth experience.
- Success navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- The ability to develop commercial strategy while remaining customer-facing.
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in the space sector, particularly those selling software, data, SaaS or complex technology solutions into commercial, government or defence customers. Candidates from closely related aerospace, defence or intelligence markets with highly relevant experience will also be considered.
