The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising to lead investor engagement and fundraising activities across Magna Group and its investment vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective LPs, family offices, institutional investors, sovereign investors, asset managers, and strategic capital partners, while supporting the fundraising process from initial outreach through investor onboarding and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Magna’s investor relations and capital-raising strategy.
  • Identify and build relationships with qualified LPs and institutional investors globally.
  • Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the fundraising pipeline and investor CRM.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of Investor Decks, Teasers, Investment Memoranda, Fund Updates, and Due Diligence materials.
  • Organize investor meetings, roadshows, conference participation, and fundraising events.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Coordinate with the investment, legal, finance, and management teams throughout the fundraising process.
  • Track investor interest, commitments, documentation, and closing processes.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on fundraising progress and investor pipeline.
  • Support the development of Magna’s institutional investor network across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and other target markets.
  • Represent Magna professionally in discussions with senior investors and financial institutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Fundraising, or Capital Markets.
  • Existing relationships with family offices, institutional investors, LPs, or private capital investors are highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and investment fund structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to independently manage an investor pipeline and fundraising process.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • International experience and a strong global network are preferred.
