Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.45 – 17.30

What you’ll do:
- Lead our CRM transformation programme
- Own IT strategy and delivery
- Manage internal development and external partners
- Improve system performance and usability
- Build strong reporting and data capability

- Proven IT leadership experience
- Strong delivery track record (not just strategy)
- Experience with CRM/platform migrations
- Commercial mindset
- Ability to lead teams and drive change
