Leasing Director – Workspace (London)
Confidential client | Central London | On-site | Full-time
Up to mid-£80s base + uncapped commission (£140k+ on target) + equity
The company
Our client is a growing, well-established workspace business in London, known for high-quality office space and a strong focus on service. With an ambitious growth plan ahead, they're expanding their portfolio and building out their leasing team to support the next stage.
The role
This is a senior, commercially focused leasing role at the centre of the business. You'll lead the letting of managed space across the portfolio and act as a trusted adviser to landlord partners, from early go-to-market strategy through to agreed terms.

What you'll do
- Advise landlords on the pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy for their buildings, then lead the delivery
- Build and own relationships with London's office agents and tenant reps, positioning the business as their go-to managed office partner
- Lead viewings with occupiers from HR leads to CEOs
- Work with in-house design and operations teams on tailored proposals, including layouts and occupancy costs
- Negotiate deals, typically 10,000 sq ft and above, through to agreed terms
- Track market availability, pricing and competitor activity to shape strategy
- Support and mentor a growing leasing team
About you
- Strong experience in Central London office leasing, ideally across both traditional and flexible or managed space
- An established network of London agents and tenant reps
- A track record on deals of 10,000 sq ft and above
- Landlord-side experience, or a strong understanding of how landlords think about pricing and positioning
- Commercially driven, target-focused and confident at senior level
- A natural relationship builder, internally and externally
