Director of Marketing
This is a superb opportunity to build a marketing engine for an award-winning Irish business engaged in rapid international expansion. Leading our marketing team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Driving new business through increased awareness of IN2 and our services
- Telling the IN2 story across a range of media and channels, including bringing customer and project stories to life
- Building and developing our marketing team into a world-class operation
- Working with our Business Development team to ensure that we always put our best foot forward when it comes to clients and partners
The Company:
At IN2, we design and engineer exceptional, low carbon building and infrastructure solutions for some of the world’s most ambitious organisations. As such we are at the forefront of the drive to net zero and a sustainable future. The company is headquartered in Ireland with offices throughout Europe, with plans for significant expansion that we want you to be a part of. We deliver outstanding landmark projects across the continent, and a key element of this role is bringing the stories behind those projects to life.
About you:
We are looking for a candidate who is capable of leading the charge when it comes to building our marketing function. We need someone who has a passion for content and story-telling, but also a laser-like focus on the commercial realities of a services business. You should be comfortable dealing directly with senior engineers both inside and outside our organisation. You don't have to know anything about building engineering today, but we'll expect you to learn. You are ready to work full-time in our Dublin or Belfast offices, or a combination of the two. And finally, it should go without saying you are ready to build and own the structures and processes that will add up to effective marketing in IN2.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
