About CUBE AI
CUBE AI is an Agentic Crime Prevention Platform, built at the intersection of agentic AI, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention. We serve the institutions on the front line of an exploding wave of AI-powered crime: banks, fintechs, and the platforms criminals cannot operate without. Our mission is ambitious: make the world a safer place. How we do it is the part we're most excited about, and the part we're happy to walk you through in a conversation rather than on the open internet.
Why this is the seat to take
This is a rare seat on a rocket ship. CUBE AI is early, exceptionally ambitious, and backed by some of the world's leading investors. Our founders have scaled startups to unicorn valuations and exits, and run large teams at major companies. We are building the company that puts the institutions the modern economy runs on back on offense against AI-powered crime. The closest analogy is joining Palantir in its early days: a hard mission, a category we're defining rather than entering, and a small group of exceptional people compounding fast. If you want a comfortable role, this isn't it. If you want the defining chapter of your career, keep reading.
The role
Our customers are the largest banks, payment providers and fintechs in the world, and the people who buy from us are a few thousand fraud, risk and financial-crime leaders who talk to each other. This role exists to put us in the room with those people, again and again, in settings they choose to be in: private dinners, dinner rounds, executive breakfasts, closed-door roundtables and invitation-only webinars. Marketing at CUBE AI is the discipline of convening the right people, giving them a reason to come back, and handing every conversation to a seller who follows up within days.
You own the calendar, the guest lists, the room, the content that earns the invitation and the material our sellers carry into the next meeting. You lead a team of three, an events manager, a content marketing manager and a marketing associate, and you are their standard-setter, coach and first escalation, not a fourth pair of hands. You are accountable for one number above all: how many qualified people in our ideal customer profile (ICP) we engage face to face or on a private call each quarter, and how fast our business development team follows up.
What you'll do
- Own the private events engine end to end. Design, calendar and run a rolling program of dinners, dinner rounds, breakfasts, roundtables and invitation-only webinars across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, aligned to where our sellers and partners are hunting. Every event has an ICP-built guest list, a host from our leadership, a point, and a follow-up plan before the invitations go out.
- Fill the room with the right people. Build and curate target account and contact lists with business development and revenue operations. Work referrals, partners, advisors and existing customers to get the fraud and risk leaders we want at the table. Quality of attendee is the measure, never headcount.
- Turn every conversation into a handoff. Make sure every attendee is logged, tagged and routed to business development within the week, with context. Own the follow-up standard with the Head of Business Development and hold both sides to it. An event whose conversations die in a spreadsheet did not happen.
- Lead content that earns the invitation and arms the seller. Direct the content marketing manager to produce the pre-read, the discussion brief, the webinar narrative, the follow-up note, the one-pager, the case study and the executive deck. Content exists to support events and the sales team, written for a chief fraud officer, not for search engines.
- Run the invitation-only webinar series. Curate the topics, secure the speakers, manage the guest list and the run of show, and make the recording and follow-up as valuable as the live session. Private means private: no public registration, no replay on the open web.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, develop and run the events manager, the content marketing manager and the marketing associate. Set the standard for how an invitation looks, how a room is run and how a follow-up reads. Make the team the most operationally reliable group in the company.
- Partner across the commercial organization. With the President and regional sales leaders so events land in the territories that need pipeline, on a quarterly calendar with guaranteed slots for every region and for partner co-hosted events. With the Head of Business Development so follow-up is fast and measured. With the VP of Partnerships so channel partners co-host and bring their customers. With revenue operations so every event and contact lives in the system of record.
- Build with AI, every day. Automate list building, invitation sequencing, attendee research, briefing packs and follow-up drafts. Scale what three people can do, not how many people are on the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How success is measured
- Qualified ICP contacts engaged per quarter, in person or on a private call: target 150.
- Business development follow-up within 7 days of every engagement: 100%.
- Event quality: share of attendees who match the ICP by institution and seniority, agreed with the VP of Sales.
- Repeat engagement: share of contacts who attend a second event or take a follow-up meeting within two quarters.
- Pipeline influenced, tracked in the system of record with revenue operations, as a companion measure rather than the target.
What we're looking for
The bar (non-negotiable, every role):
- Extreme drive and passion for the work and the mission.
- Extreme ability to learn fast and operate with confidence in uncertainty.
- Extreme IQ and EQ. You raise the level of every room, and you lose an argument gracefully the moment someone's right.
For this role specifically:
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing, with at least 3 leading a team. You have marketed software sold to large enterprises through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and you have managed and developed a small team. Must-have.
- Events and webinars were the major motion in a program you led. Executive dinners, roundtables, hosted breakfasts and private webinars were the primary way your company created pipeline, not a side channel, and you can show the calendar, the attendee quality and the pipeline that came out of it. Must-have.
- You have sold rooms, not impressions. You know how to get a chief fraud, risk or compliance officer at a large bank to say yes to a dinner, and how to run the evening so they come to the next one.
- You have run private, invitation-only programs where discretion mattered and the guest list was the product. You are comfortable with a brand that does not want to be famous, ideally in financial services, enterprise security or another regulated market.
- You write and edit at an executive level. The pre-read, the invitation and the follow-up note are yours to sign off, and they read like they came from a peer, not a vendor.
- You are operationally relentless. Calendars, guest lists, venues, run of show, follow-up. Nothing slips.
- You measure marketing by meetings and conversations, not by traffic or leads, and you can show how a program moved pipeline in a long enterprise cycle.
- You build with AI, daily, and expect your team to. You reach for an agent or an automation before a headcount or an agency.
- Nice to have: a network among fraud, risk and financial-crime leaders at banks and fintechs; experience sharing follow-up targets with a business development team; and time in a company that scaled from its first ten enterprise customers to its first fifty.

How we work and who thrives here
Our core locations are Lithuania, London, and New York, and we consider remote-first candidates who can travel as needed. We write more than we meet and move at warp speed. We're an AI-first company: every person here is amplified by a layer of AI agents, and we scale capability, not headcount. We don't buy services, we buy results. We're drivers, not passengers, so we hire people who go and do it without waiting for permission. We move fast, and we use judgment where it counts: we hold sensitive data and the trust of the institutions we protect, and we never cut corners there. Our culture runs on five virtues:
- A pedantic bar for quality. Thorough, complete, and on time.
- Radical ownership. See it, own it, fix it. Never defer a problem or an opportunity. You will never be reprimanded for taking initiative.
- Relentless energy and audacity.
- Automate everything. We scale the capability of our people, not the headcount. We hunt the 10x multiplier, working alongside AI agents rather than piling on process.
- Have fun. We work with people we genuinely enjoy. It keeps politics out.
What's in it for you
- Uncapped growth. In a company moving this fast, scope finds the people who can carry it. Ownership and title are earned in months, not years.
- Real self-realization. This is a place to become the most capable version of yourself, next to people operating at the top of their game.
- You share in the outcome. When the company wins big, you win big
