Mode Executive is partnering with an internationally recognised luxury Maison to appoint an exceptional Marketing & Communications Director to lead the UK & Ireland market.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands, taking ownership of the local marketing and communications strategy while shaping brand desirability, driving commercial performance and leading a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for translating global brand strategy into impactful local execution across the UK & Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand equity, delivering best-in-class campaigns and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the highest standards of luxury.
Working cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives that drive both brand awareness and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK & Ireland marketing and communications strategy aligned with global brand objectives.
- Create long-term market plans that enhance brand equity and support sustainable business growth.
- Lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, media, partnerships and experiential activations.
- Drive brand storytelling, press relations and communications strategy to maximise visibility and desirability.
- Oversee luxury events, product launches, VIP experiences and ambassador programmes.
- Manage significant marketing and advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Analyse market performance, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with retail, merchandising, operations and commercial teams to optimise product launches and in-store performance.
- Support both retail boutiques and wholesale partners with impactful marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead, mentor and develop a talented marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

About You
We are looking for an experienced luxury marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with outstanding execution. You will bring:
- 15+ years' experience within luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven success leading Marketing & Communications functions within an international luxury business.
- Strong expertise across brand marketing, communications, PR, media, events, product marketing and customer engagement.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated 360° marketing strategies.
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of retail performance and brand growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working across international markets.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, creativity and exceptional customer experiences.
