- A strong background in marketing, communications and PR.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A commitment to the Education sector and the values of the organisation.
Duties/responsibilities
- Lead, develop and implement strategic marketing, communications and admissions plans to achieve organisational objectives.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, social media, communications.
- Deliver high-quality events and external school liaison services.
- Ensure the effective end to end management of the admissions process.
- Monitor, measure and report on marketing, communications and admissions performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.

Nescot is graded 'Good' by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students "enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed", and benefit from "highly supportive relationships" with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are "effective" with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place "an effective policy for safer recruitment.".
