- A strong background in marketing, communications and PR.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A commitment to the Education sector and the values of the organisation.
Duties/responsibilities
- Lead, develop and implement strategic marketing, communications and admissions plans to achieve organisational objectives.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, social media, communications.
- Deliver high-quality events and external school liaison services.
- Ensure the effective end to end management of the admissions process.
- Monitor, measure and report on marketing, communications and admissions performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.

Nescot is graded 'Good' by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students "enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed", and benefit from "highly supportive relationships" with staff.
