Director of Marketing, EMEA
For a high-growth global Retail Media AdTech shaping the European marketing strategy and building out the regional function.
The Company

- Operating across 100+ global retail media networks
- Helping brands maximise advertising performance, drive incrementality and expand their commerce reach
- Established global business with a lean EMEA operation
The Role
- Own the EMEA marketing strategy and regional performance
- Build out the EMEA marketing function, with scope to grow the team
- Drive demand generation, pipeline development and brand awareness
- Lead regional events and integrated marketing campaigns
- Localise global messaging and campaigns for key European markets
- Partner closely with EMEA Sales, Product and Global Marketing
- Shape how the business shows up across the European market
- Remote working with regular travel to London and across EMEA for events.

- 12+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally within Retail Media or AdTech
- Proven experience leading regional or global marketing functions
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset with a track record of driving pipeline
- Experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Comfortable operating within a matrixed global organisation
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across demand generation, content, events and digital
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate strategically and execute when required
