Sold into pharma? Your next move could be selling education that changes clinical practice.
If you've built relationships with pharma and biotech teams, whether in medical affairs, medical communications, HCP media and advertising, congress sponsorship or digital engagement, you already have most of what this role needs. Our client will teach you the rest.
About our client
Our client is a well-established, internationally recognised accredited provider of medical education for healthcare professionals. With a portfolio spanning live and hybrid symposia, virtual webcasts, on-demand programmes and multi-format curricula across major therapy areas, they have a strong reputation for scientific quality and independence. Their programmes are funded through educational grants from biopharmaceutical companies.
The opportunity
Their global education division is growing, with Europe as the priority market. They're looking for a commercially driven business developer to win and grow biopharma partnerships outside the US. You'll report into senior divisional leadership and be backed by specialist scientific strategy and grant-writing teams. You open the doors and build the relationships, and they help you shape and write the proposals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
