We are looking for a strategic, resilient and solutions-focused leader with substantial senior management experience and a proven track record of leading high-performing services within the modern slavery and/or domestic abuse sector. You will bring extensive experience of managing complex operations, developing and inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes for service users in challenging environments.

You will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and the ability to support managers and staff to respond effectively to complex needs while maintaining resilience and wellbeing. A skilled communicator and negotiator, you will be confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing at senior levels and representing the organisation professionally.

The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the legislative, regulatory and strategic frameworks that underpin domestic abuse, modern slavery, safeguarding and supported accommodation services. You will have significant experience in contract and budget management, quality assurance, performance monitoring and driving continuous service improvement through data, audits and outcome-focused approaches.

Highly organised and adaptable, you will be able to balance competing priorities, manage risk effectively and lead teams through change. Above all, you will be committed to delivering survivor-centred services, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning, innovation and excellence.
